Rupert is a very happy, loving dog. He simply wants to please and be loved. He spent a year of his life on the street used as a panhandling scheme and was very underweight. One of the most underfed dogs his current foster has ever taken in.


Needless to say he has quickly gained back his weight (he loves breakfast!!) and always turns heads at the dog park. He is one handsome hound!!! Would you like to meet him??
