Reggie is a great big oaf of a dog. He’s friendly and loves being around people. He’s great with other dogs and pretty laid back. He goes to the door when he needs to potty (even though we have a doggie door). We have had very few accidents. He is a great dog. He loves sleeping on the couch and wants to be near people. He doesn’t seem to understand stairs and they really puzzle him. I think he’s too long to go up and down them. He did great in the bath too. He doesn’t seem to mind much of anything. I have yet to hear him howl/bark/growl, only whimper at night or when we leave the house. He LOVES to ride in the car and does really well. He loves belly rubs and has so many place that when you scratch him, his back feet move. It’s adorable. I’m shocked he was taken to a shelter because he really is an almost perfect dog. He drools and needs a little training when we are eating but he generally responds well to no or a water bottle squirt. My boys (12 & 10) are all over him and he’s totally fine.
