Cecil is a true gentlemen at heart, in spite of having to spend the beginning of his life in a puppy mill. He is so grateful that he was rescued, and now he's seeking a chance at a real life with a patient and kind forever family that will teach him how to trust. Cecil loves to go on walks and looks quite regal when he’s out on his leash. He also loves to play with his toys, especially his hedgehog. Cecil is a very smart basset hound, and with a lot of patience, guidance, understanding, and love he will be an excellent companion!
