"I'm not getting older, I'm getting better! I am a really good girl. I would love to be loved by a family, with another dog."
Foster Update: Lacey has adapted quickly to her foster home. She enjoys the company of the family dog and would like her forever home to have another dog so that she does not get lonely when mom and dad are gone. Lacey enjoys going for walks around the neighborhood. She is housebroken and can be left alone in the house without supervision. We believe that Lacey was a puppy mill dog - which means she was kept in a pen her whole life. Due to this, she should never be crated. And, there is no need for crating as she has no bad habits. We believe she will do well with older children - very young children may be too rambunctious for this sedate lady. Miss Lacey is the perfect house guest - very quiet and sweet. She will make some lucky family a wonderful companion!
