Dottie was given up because her owner was losing her home. She had been kept outside in a pen for the winter but is clean, safe and warm now. She needs to be checked out by our vet and evaluated by our foster so check back for updates. She is a sweet girl that loves being in the home, likes to ride in the car, walks well on a leash. As the foster says - she is a little velcro girl!!
