Frankie is a sweet, shy boy - still trying to figure out why he was in a shelter, then a car, then another car - and now- whew- in a lovely foster home. He is healthy and ready to be adopted. Frankie is getting along and playing with his basset brother and doesn't even bother the cats! Sleeps in his crate at night and is an all around great dog.
