Fred was taken in by a one of our previous adopters about a year ago.  He was kept current on shots and hw preventative, chipped and is neutered.  He is a sweet dog but sometimes has issues with other male dogs.  He was surrendered due to financial reasons-Sue has 3 resident bassets and a bloodhound.  Took in Fred and Mack with the intent of finding new homes for them.
