The vet, the foster and I agree - this has to be the sweetest basset we have ever rescued!  She was filthy, very skinny and needs some TLC, but you would not know it from her-she gave us all kisses and rolled over for a good belly rub.  Check back with us as her foster gets her in shape to be adopted!
