When you meet Daisey, you will notice how small she is, and easy to lift! Her coat is shiny and soft, her ears are velvety smooth! She has learned to sit on command, takes treats nicely from your hand, wants to play. She learns quickly and is pretty obedient for a basset! Daisey needs a dog savvy owner who has no children or grandchildren. For some reason, she prefers to be in the company of adults. She uses a doggie door very well, and rarely has an accident in the house. She sits on command, speaks and howls easily with a little coaching. She loves to play with toys, take walks, and lay on your furniture. She crates well, and goes readily to her crate at bedtime. She's the perfect size for appartment or house, but like most hounds, she would prefer a nice yard to play in, and a loving home. Daisey has completed her heartworm treatment, and is ready for a forever home. She will make a wonderful only pet, or companion for the right dog.
