Ned is a gentle, non-aggressive sweetie who is highly active and insists on getting his fair share of attention and belly rubs; in return, he’ll smother you with slobbery kisses! Ned plays well with others. He needs obedience training to channel his energies properly. Having a large back yard is necessary for him to run and play or taking him on walks would work, too. Currently, we are working on crate training and the pitfalls of countersurfing. He seems to be housetrained for the most part. Ned has been neutered and is ready to be your best friend! Foster Update: I just had to share this story about Ned. It underscores why we're working on countersurfing: "Ned is a total hoot! I was making pancakes yesterday. I turned around for just a minute and he had pulled the tub of butter off the table. He had his snout pushed all the way in it. When I "chastized" him...he pulled his muzzle out ...all butter covered! He was so darn cute I couldn't be mad at all!! I laughed until I cried. Now I need to go buy a new tub of butter!!!"
