Waffles is a very timid and sweet girl who just wants attention. When she has her fill, she will usually goto her space and watch over her owners. She will let you know that she needs to go out by going and sitting next to the door. If you dont notice her she will give you a cpl whines to get your attention. Once she is done outside she will usually come back to the door and sit and wait for you to let her in. On a nice and sunny day, you mightl find her sun bathing in the middle of the yard. She is crate trained for when we goto work but usually sleeps in our room. WHen she is hungry she will go over to her food dish and let you know she wants her food. She does well with our other 2 Basset hounds, but prefers to keep to herself or be around her owners. If you are looking for a mature Basset that is quite, gentle and not overly energetic......then Waffles is the dog for you!
