Roscoe is an adorable young male basset hound who was found as a stray in North Texas, covered in ticks! Taken to the area shelter, he was then transferred to NTBHR. He is full grown, but still a rather small hound, and very very sweet. He is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped and ready to spend his new life with a responsible family.
