Lester is a classic basset puppy, except for his unusual appearance!  Uniquely marked by his "mohawk" hairstyle, Lester's fur grows in the wrong direction up the back of his neck, leading to the red spot on the top of his adorable little head.  With one brown eye, and one blue eye, this adorable puppy is completely irresistable!
He sleeps happily in his crate at night, but loves to explore and play during the day.  Because of his age, he requires a stay-at-home mom or dad, and no children under the age of 6.  He is eager to please, and is very easy to train. He is completely house trained with a doggie door, but cannot be trusted to go in and out at will, because he still eats everything he sees.....including those poisonous berries on outdoor plants!
Lester is a sweetie, who likes to play with his toys and other dogs.  He would do best in a home with a mature dog----maybe yours?
