Female basset from Heddins Puppy Mill Seizure
Shelby Ann is so sweet and gentle, you would never know that she is afraid of everything around her. Living her life in a crate in a puppy mill has not been the best for her, but shows when she emerges from the 'safety' of her crate. She is responding to the kindness and affection of her foster family, and will soon be able to experience the freedom of being a family pet.
